About  Us

A personal note from Vladimir Fanshil & Eleanor Lyons

Live at Yours began in the most unexpected way — in our own living room. In 2020, when the world fell silent, we refused to believe that music should exist only on screens. So we gathered a handful of people, pulled the chairs close, and performed for twenty guests at a time. Those evenings were small, fragile, unforgettable — and they reminded us why we became musicians: to share something real, something human, something that only exists when people come together.

A New Way to Experience Music

In the first years, we travelled across NSW and the ACT, giving more than 50 performances in lounge rooms, coffee roasteries, tin sheds in the outback, art galleries, churches, synagogues and regional theatres.

It was in those intimate settings that we connected deeply with locals, listened to their feedback, and discovered what Australians truly value in live music: informal yet refined, relaxed yet deeply sincere, intimate yet world-class.

Those conversations shaped everything — from our welcoming tone to having no intervals, allowing the emotional arc to flow without interruption. This is how we crafted the ultimate listening experience we offer today: personal, natural and genuinely shared.

From a lounge room to a national stage

Live at Yours has now grown far beyond our living room — into concert spaces across Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Canberra, Orange, Castlemaine and beyond — yet the essence remains unchanged.

Every venue is chosen for its story and atmosphere. Every performance is lit and shaped to feel close, warm and immersive. And every artist who joins us shares our belief in vulnerability, honesty and connection.

World-class artists, up close

Extraordinary artists, shared in intimate spaces — where every detail comes alive.

Committed to the next generation

As Live at Yours grows, so does our responsibility to young musicians. Through masterclasses, mentoring, and partnerships with ANAM and the Sydney Conservatorium, we help the next generation experience the same intimacy and inspiration that shaped our early years.

Thank you for being part of this journey!
We can’t wait to welcome you — up close, and personal.

Cialis in Australia: A Doctor’s Review for Men Over 30

Written from a doctor’s point of view for Australian men seeking a reliable solution to erectile dysfunction.

Attention: The Real Cost of Erectile Dysfunction

If you are over 30 and have ever felt your body let you down in the bedroom, you already know that erectile dysfunction is about far more than just sex. It is the silence after a failed attempt. It is the avoided touch, the separate bedtimes, the growing fear that your partner thinks you are no longer attracted to them. It is the slow erosion of confidence that spills into work, social life, and your identity as a man.

As an Australian GP with a special interest in men’s health, I see this every week. The men who sit in my consulting room are often successful, competent, and strong in every other area of life. But behind closed doors, they are struggling with a problem they believe is their own fault. They feel old. They feel broken. They feel alone.

The truth is, erectile dysfunction is extremely common in men over 30. It is frequently caused by stress, high cholesterol, blood flow problems, fatigue, and performance anxiety. And in the vast majority of cases, it can be treated effectively with a safe, well-studied prescription medicine called Cialis (tadalafil).

Interest: Why Cialis Is Different

Cialis is not a hormone, not an injection, and not a danger to your health when used correctly. It is a tablet that works by relaxing the blood vessels in the penis, allowing increased blood flow during sexual stimulation. What makes Cialis stand out from the crowd is its remarkable duration of action — up to 36 hours.

This is why men call it “the weekend pill.” You do not have to time it to the minute. You do not have to interrupt a romantic dinner to swallow a tablet. You can take Cialis, enjoy your evening, and know that you are ready whenever the moment feels right — tonight, tomorrow morning, or even the next day.

How fast does Cialis work

Cialis starts working for most men within 30 to 60 minutes after taking a tablet. Some men notice the effect as early as 30 minutes. It is not affected as much by fatty food as some older erectile dysfunction medicines, so you can have a meal and still expect reliable results. Peak levels in the bloodstream occur around 2 hours after taking it, but the long half-life means you are not watching the clock.

For men who want complete spontaneity, there is also a low-dose daily Cialis option. Taking 5 mg every day means you are always ready, without needing to plan ahead at all.

Desire: What Cialis Can Do for You

Men over 30 often have specific worries that stop them from seeking help. They wonder if their medical history makes Cialis unsafe. They worry about cost. They wonder if it will work for them. Let me address these real pain points directly.

Cialis and high cholesterol

High cholesterol does not just block the arteries of your heart — it damages the small, delicate blood vessels in the penis. In fact, erectile dysfunction is often an early warning sign of cardiovascular disease. Many men in their 30s and 40s notice erection problems long before any chest pain or heart attack.

Cialis does not lower your cholesterol, but it does improve blood flow at the site of erection, often working well even while you are addressing the underlying cholesterol problem with diet, exercise, or statin medication. The best results come from treating both issues together: manage your cholesterol for long-term health, and use Cialis to restore your confidence and sexual function now.

Cialis after heart attack

If you have had a heart attack, safety must come first. Never use Cialis if you are taking nitrate medicines, if you have unstable angina, or if you have had a heart attack within the last 3–6 months without full cardiologist clearance. Nitrates combined with Cialis can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure.

However, once you are stable and your cardiologist has assessed you, many men who have had a heart attack can safely use Cialis to resume intimacy. Returning to a fulfilling sex life can reduce anxiety, improve your relationship, and even support cardiovascular recovery through gentle physical activity and emotional connection. The key is simple: get the green light from your doctor first.

Cialis for premature ejaculation

Cialis is not officially approved as a treatment for premature ejaculation, but in clinical practice it can be extremely helpful for men whose rapid ejaculation is driven by performance anxiety or unreliable erections. When you are confident that you can stay hard, you stop rushing. That mental shift alone often extends intercourse and improves satisfaction for both partners.

Many men find that by removing the fear of losing their erection, Cialis gives them more control and more confidence. If premature ejaculation remains severe, your doctor may also recommend behavioural techniques, counselling, or other treatment alongside Cialis.

Cialis patent expiration Australia

Many Australian men remember when Cialis was expensive and available only as the brand-name product. That changed with the patent expiration of Cialis in Australia, which opened the door for generic tadalafil. This is exactly the same active ingredient, produced to the same strict Australian standards, but sold at a fraction of the price. The arrival of generics means that the “weekend pill” is no longer a luxury — it is an accessible option for ordinary men.

Cialis price Australia

Prices vary depending on the pharmacy and whether you choose brand-name Cialis or generic tadalafil. The table below gives a realistic private prescription guide for Australian men.

Typical private prescription costs in Australia
OptionApproximate cost per dose
Brand Cialis 20 mg$15–$25
Generic tadalafil 20 mg$3–$6
Generic tadalafil 5 mg daily$1.50–$3

Important: Cialis is not subsidised by the PBS for erectile dysfunction in most cases, so you will need a private prescription. But with generic tadalafil now widely available, the cost is far lower than most men expect — often less than a cup of coffee a day for the daily option.

Cialis failure reasons

Sometimes men tell me that Cialis “did not work” the first time. In my experience, the problem is rarely the drug itself. The most common reasons for Cialis failure include:

If Cialis does not work at first, do not give up. In most cases, a dose adjustment or treating an underlying issue solves the problem.

Cialis and eye surgery

If you have had recent eye surgery, especially retinal surgery or have a history of non-arteritic anterior ischaemic optic neuropathy (NAION), you must tell your doctor before using Cialis. PDE5 inhibitors like Cialis can rarely affect blood flow to the optic nerve. For most routine procedures like cataract surgery, once your eye has fully healed, Cialis is usually safe. But always get clearance from your ophthalmologist or GP first. Being honest about your eye history protects your vision and ensures safe treatment.

Action: Take the First Step Tonight

You do not have to live with the silence, the avoidance, and the frustration. Cialis has helped millions of men over 30 regain reliable erections, rebuild confidence, and reconnect with their partners. In Australia, you can speak to your GP or use a registered telehealth service, obtain a private prescription, and have genuine Cialis or generic tadalafil delivered discreetly from a licensed Australian pharmacy.

Use the 36-hour window to plan a relaxed evening. Let the medication do the physical work while you focus on emotional connection. Ask your doctor today: “Is Cialis right for me?” If the answer is yes, you can buy it with a prescription from any registered Australian chemist or online pharmacy. Do not waste another weekend feeling like you are not enough.

Disclaimer: This article is general health information from a doctor’s perspective and does not replace individual medical advice. Cialis (tadalafil) is a prescription-only medicine in Australia. Always consult your GP or cardiologist before starting, especially if you have heart disease, high cholesterol, recent heart attack, eye problems, or are taking other medicines.
