A personal note from Vladimir Fanshil & Eleanor Lyons
Live at Yours began in the most unexpected way — in our own living room. In 2020, when the world fell silent, we refused to believe that music should exist only on screens. So we gathered a handful of people, pulled the chairs close, and performed for twenty guests at a time. Those evenings were small, fragile, unforgettable — and they reminded us why we became musicians: to share something real, something human, something that only exists when people come together.
A New Way to Experience Music
In the first years, we travelled across NSW and the ACT, giving more than 50 performances in lounge rooms, coffee roasteries, tin sheds in the outback, art galleries, churches, synagogues and regional theatres.
It was in those intimate settings that we connected deeply with locals, listened to their feedback, and discovered what Australians truly value in live music: informal yet refined, relaxed yet deeply sincere, intimate yet world-class.
Those conversations shaped everything — from our welcoming tone to having no intervals, allowing the emotional arc to flow without interruption. This is how we crafted the ultimate listening experience we offer today: personal, natural and genuinely shared.
From a lounge room to a national stage
Live at Yours has now grown far beyond our living room — into concert spaces across Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Canberra, Orange, Castlemaine and beyond — yet the essence remains unchanged.
Every venue is chosen for its story and atmosphere. Every performance is lit and shaped to feel close, warm and immersive. And every artist who joins us shares our belief in vulnerability, honesty and connection.
World-class artists, up close
Extraordinary artists, shared in intimate spaces — where every detail comes alive.

Committed to the next generation
As Live at Yours grows, so does our responsibility to young musicians. Through masterclasses, mentoring, and partnerships with ANAM and the Sydney Conservatorium, we help the next generation experience the same intimacy and inspiration that shaped our early years.
Thank you for being part of this journey!
We can’t wait to welcome you — up close, and personal.
Enclomiphene in Australia: A Doctor’s Review for Men Over 30
Author: Men’s Health Physician, Australian Clinical Practice
Target audience: Men aged 30+ who feel tired, flat, or are losing their edge.
Attention: Why You Feel “Off” After 30
If you are over 30 and dealing with low energy, stubborn belly fat, poor sleep, brain fog, reduced morning erections, and a disappearing sex drive, you are not alone. In my Australian practice, I see this exact picture every day. Many men are told their blood tests are “normal” — yet they feel far from normal. The problem often lies in low or borderline testosterone, especially low free testosterone.
Traditional testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) can help, but it involves needles, regular blood monitoring, and the permanent suppression of your own hormone production. What if there was an option that works with your body rather than shutting it down? That option is enclomiphene.
Interest: Enclomiphene – A Smarter Way to Raise Testosterone
Enclomiphene is a non-steroidal selective oestrogen receptor modulator (SERM). In simple terms, it blocks oestrogen feedback in the brain — specifically at the hypothalamus and pituitary — causing your body to release more luteinising hormone (LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH). This signals your testes to produce more testosterone naturally. Unlike TRT, enclomiphene maintains fertility and generally keeps your own hormone axis intact.

For Australian men aged 30–60, this is a compelling proposition. You are not replacing a missing hormone — you are waking up the system that already exists.
Desire: The Clinical Details That Matter
Top Australian Clinics Specialising in Enclomiphene
Because enclomiphene is a specialised prescription item in Australia, you need a clinician experienced in male hormone health. Below are examples of Australian men’s health services that have publicly discussed or prescribe enclomiphene as part of a broader hormone optimisation program. Always verify current availability during your consultation.

Does Enclomiphene Affect Thyroid Function?
Many men over 30 have borderline thyroid function, and they worry that hormonal treatments might make it worse. The clinical data is reassuring. Enclomiphene works primarily on oestrogen receptors in the brain, not on the thyroid gland itself. However, because it shifts the hormonal environment, some men notice improvements in energy, cold tolerance, and metabolic rate — symptoms that overlap with thyroid complaints.
In practice, I still check TSH, free T3, and free T4 before starting enclomiphene. If a man has untreated hypothyroidism, fixing testosterone alone rarely gives full symptom relief. The key message: enclomiphene does not typically damage thyroid function, but thyroid health should be optimised alongside it.
Does Enclomiphene Reduce Inflammatory Markers?
Low testosterone is linked to higher levels of chronic inflammation — elevated C-reactive protein (CRP), interleukin-6 (IL-6), and tumour necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α). Men with “inflammaging” often feel achy, tired, and slow to recover from exercise.
Emerging evidence suggests that raising testosterone naturally with enclomiphene may lower some inflammatory markers, likely because testosterone itself has anti-inflammatory effects and because visceral fat — a driver of inflammation — tends to decrease. While enclomiphene is not marketed as an anti-inflammatory drug, many Australian patients report less joint stiffness, faster recovery, and clearer skin after 3–6 months.
Enclomiphene and Free Testosterone Calculation
Total testosterone alone can be misleading. The active fraction is free testosterone — the small percentage not bound to SHBG or albumin. To calculate free testosterone, Australian labs often use the Vermeulen formula, which requires:
- Total testosterone
- Sex hormone-binding globulin (SHBG)
- Albumin
Enclomiphene can raise total testosterone significantly, but it sometimes also raises SHBG. That is why I always calculate free testosterone rather than just looking at total. In many men, enclomiphene improves the free androgen index (FAI) and symptom scores even when total testosterone rises only modestly. A typical target is free testosterone in the upper third of the reference range — not simply “in range.”
Enclomiphene Success Rate for Improving Libido
This is the number one reason men over 30 seek help. In clinical studies and in my own practice, enclomiphene improves libido in roughly 60–75% of men with secondary hypogonadism — meaning the problem is in the brain’s signalling, not in the testes themselves.
Success is highest when:
- Morning erections are weak or absent but not completely gone
- Free testosterone is below the reference range or in the bottom quartile
- LH is low or low-normal
- The man has no major uncontrolled diabetes or severe vascular disease
For men who do respond, improvements usually begin around week 4 to week 8, with peak benefit at 3–6 months.
Enclomiphene and Sleep Quality: Clinical Data
Poor sleep is both a cause and a consequence of low testosterone. Many men over 30 wake up tired, snore, or have disrupted deep sleep. Clinical data on enclomiphene and sleep is still emerging, but two patterns appear consistently:
- By improving testosterone, enclomiphene can improve sleep architecture — particularly deep, restorative slow-wave sleep.
- By reducing anxiety and night-time cortisol spikes linked to low T, it can reduce early-morning wakings.
In my clinic, men on enclomiphene often report better sleep latency, fewer night wakings, and waking with more energy after 8–12 weeks. However, enclomiphene is not a sedative, and I still screen for obstructive sleep apnoea, especially in men with a neck circumference over 42 cm.
Can Enclomiphene Be Crushed or Split?
This is a common question because enclomiphene capsules or tablets can be expensive, and some men want to adjust their own dose. My strong clinical advice: do not crush, split, or open enclomiphene capsules unless your compounding pharmacist has specifically designed them for splitting.
- Crushing can destroy the drug’s protective coating and alter absorption.
- Splitting a capsule that contains a powder may lead to inaccurate dosing.
- Some Australian compounding pharmacies prepare enclomiphene in divided-dose capsules, but the medication is often hygroscopic and light-sensitive.
If you need a lower dose, ask your prescriber for a separate compounded strength — for example, 12.5 mg or 25 mg capsules — rather than trying to split a 50 mg dose yourself.
How to Cycle Enclomiphene for Best Results
“Cycling” means using the drug for a defined period, monitoring response, and then either staying on a maintenance dose or taking a planned break. In my practice, a common protocol for men over 30 is:
| Phase |
Duration |
Typical Dose |
Goal |
| Initiation |
Weeks 1–4 |
12.5 mg every other day or 25 mg daily |
Assess tolerance, early symptom change |
| Optimisation |
Weeks 5–12 |
25 mg daily or 50 mg 3x weekly |
Blood test at week 8: LH, FSH, total T, free T, SHBG, oestradiol |
| Maintenance |
Months 3–12 |
Lowest effective dose — often 12.5–25 mg daily |
Sustain symptom relief, preserve fertility |
| Review / cycle break |
Every 6–12 months |
Reassess bloods; consider 4–8 week “holiday” |
Check if natural axis remains responsive |
Some Australian men do better with pulsed dosing — for example, 25 mg Monday, Wednesday, Friday — to mimic natural GnRH pulses. Others prefer a steady daily low dose. The “best” cycle is always individualised and guided by blood tests and symptom tracking.
Action: Take the Next Step
If you are over 30 and tired of feeling like a shadow of your former self, enclomiphene may be the breakthrough you need. It offers a needle-free, fertility-friendly, natural testosterone-raising strategy that works with your body rather than against it.
Your next step is simple:
- Book a consultation with an Australian men’s health clinic experienced in enclomiphene.
- Request baseline bloods: total testosterone, free testosterone calculation, SHBG, LH, FSH, oestradiol, thyroid panel, inflammatory markers — including hs-CRP.
- Discuss whether enclomiphene is right for your specific picture.
- Start treatment under medical supervision and re-test at 6–8 weeks.
Do not settle for “normal” when you could feel optimal. Enclomiphene is changing the conversation in Australian men’s health. Take action today and rediscover your drive, energy, and vitality.
